You need a Versatile sealer that can perform and multi-task your sealing needs. 4010 Colorseal is a waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. 4010 Colorseal utilizes a crosslinking technology that allows it to breathe out moisture emmisions found on high MVT slabs. 4010 is used as a chip reciever coat as well as a final coat for monolithic floors. Due to its waterborne technology, 4010 is very user friendly and can be used in most areas. 4020 has the same qualities as 4010 acept we have extended the pot life to allow 20 minutes for chipping
4010 Colorseal Epoxy gives the surface a high gloss with low odor.
